2. you don't have to have a website, but if you do, list it.

3. if you have a site, add the code where it can easly be found by myself and others, and make sure you do this before you join.

4. if you have a site, it must be appealing, meaning, but not limited to: no porn, stolen layouts, or anything else that may be illegal.

5. your information must be valid, including your e-mail and url.  i need this in case i have to get in contact with you for whatever reason.
